The Expo was aimed at first-time buyers, property investors and future potential investors in properties within Ireland, the UK and Europe. It consisted of over 100 exhibitors and provided 25 seminars on relevant topics
Held in the prestigious Citywest Convention Centre over three days in 2004, attracting over 5,000 visitors with property sales over the weekend amounting to half a billion euros. The event was repeated again successfully in Citywest in April 2005
Following on from the success of the event an additional Property Expo was held in Cork in late April and in Galway in September. Plans are underway to run the Expo in the Main Hall RDS, Dublin, 3-5 February and in the Silver Springs Hotel, Cork, 25-26 February as well as in Limerick, Waterford, Sligo and Belfast in 2006.
